During this initial consultation, we gather essential details, including the type of product, the required quantity, the target audience, and specific deadlines. This thorough understanding of their needs allows us to provide tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
Tech Pack Submission
Customers have the option to submit their Tech Pack, including specifications, designs, and packaging requirements. For those needing assistance, we provide a free consultation to help refine their Tech Pack or create a new one tailored to their needs. This ensures every detail is accounted for, resulting in a seamless production process that meets their exact expectations.
Provide Ideas
Customers share additional ideas, preferences, and specific requirements during the review process. Using this feedback, we carefully refine the Tech Pack to ensure it aligns perfectly with their vision and expectations. This collaborative approach helps us deliver products that truly reflect their needs.
We provide a detailed cost estimate that covers all aspects of the production process. This includes the cost of raw materials, production, printing, embroidery, and logistics. The estimate is tailored to different order quantities, ensuring transparency and flexibility in pricing. By breaking down the costs for each stage, we help our customers understand the total investment required based on their specific order size, making it easier for them to plan and budget effectively.
Quotation
Design Finalization
Once the Tech Pack is approved, we develop and finalize digital mockups and patterns that reflect the specified designs and details. These mockups give customers a clear visual representation of the final product. Customers then have the opportunity to review and provide feedback. Once satisfied, they approve the final designs, allowing us to proceed with production while ensuring that the outcome aligns with their expectations.
We produce a physical or virtual sample based on the finalized design and approved Tech Pack. This sample allows customers to evaluate the product's fit, feel, and overall appearance. If any adjustments are needed, we make the necessary changes to ensure it aligns with the customer's specifications. Once the sample meets their satisfaction, we secure final approval to move forward with mass production, ensuring the highest quality and consistency throughout the entire order.
Sample Confirmation
Pay a Deposit
Once the final design and sample are approved, we request an initial deposit to cover the cost of raw material procurement and the production setup. This deposit helps secure the necessary resources and ensures that production can begin promptly. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed payment terms, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
We source high-quality yarns, fabrics, trims, and eco-friendly dyes in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in the Tech Pack. Our team carefully selects materials that meet both quality standards and sustainability goals, ensuring that each component aligns with the desired product outcome. This attention to detail guarantees that the final product is crafted with premium materials, while also adhering to eco-conscious practices.
Raw Material Procurement
Fabric Production
Yarn Dyeing (if applicable): We dye yarns in the pre-specified colors, ensuring that the shades align perfectly with the design requirements outlined in the Tech Pack. This process is carefully monitored to maintain consistency and color accuracy throughout.
Knitting: Using advanced knitting machines, we produce fabrics such as interlock, jersey, or fleece according to the exact specifications provided. Our state-of-the-art technology ensures precise and uniform results, delivering high-quality fabrics ready for the next stage of production.
Fabric Dyeing and Finishing
Fabric Dyeing: If pre-dyed yarns are not used, we dye the fabric in bulk to achieve the desired color, ensuring uniformity and consistency across the entire batch. The dyeing process is carefully controlled to match the specifications outlined in the Tech Pack.
Finishing Processes: After dyeing, we apply finishing processes such as anti-pilling, moisture-wicking, depending on the customer's requirements. These treatments enhance the fabric’s performance and durability, ensuring it meets both functional and aesthetic standards.
Cutting
We carefully lay out fabrics and use automated cutting machines to cut precise garment patterns according to the size charts provided in the Tech Pack. This ensures accuracy and consistency across all sizes, minimizing fabric waste and optimizing efficiency. The use of advanced technology allows us to deliver high-quality, well-cut patterns that are ready for the next stage of production.
Printing and Embroidery
Printing: We apply designs using advanced techniques such as screen printing, sublimation, or digital printing, depending on the specific requirements of the project. Each method is selected to achieve the highest quality, durability, and visual impact, ensuring the designs are accurately reproduced on the fabric.
Embroidery: For logos, text, or patterns, we utilize precision embroidery machines to ensure sharp, clean, and detailed stitching. Our embroidery process guarantees that every logo and design is executed with the utmost accuracy, adding a professional finish to the garment.
Sewing and Stitching
We assemble garment components using industrial sewing machines, following the construction details outlined in the Tech Pack. This ensures precise stitching and the correct assembly of each garment, maintaining both the design integrity and functional requirements. Our skilled operators pay close attention to every detail, ensuring consistency and quality in each piece, whether it's a simple seam or complex construction.
Quality Inspection
We conduct rigorous quality checks at each stage of the production process to ensure the final product meets the highest standards. This includes verifying fabric consistency, ensuring the cutting is precise, and confirming the accuracy of stitching. We also carefully inspect the alignment of prints and embroidery to ensure they match the specifications outlined in the Tech Pack. These thorough checks guarantee that every garment meets our quality standards before moving on to the next stage of production.
Final Finishing
We steam, iron, and trim the garments to ensure they are production-ready, eliminating any wrinkles and ensuring a polished, professional appearance. Additionally, we add finishing touches such as buttons, zippers, or drawstrings as required, completing the garment to the exact specifications in the Tech Pack. This final stage enhances both the garment's aesthetic and functionality, ensuring it meets the highest standards before being prepared for shipment.
Packaging
We fold and pack the garments according to the customer’s specific requirements, using eco-friendly materials to ensure sustainability. During this process, we carefully attach labels, tags, and branding details as outlined in the Tech Pack, ensuring that every item is properly identified and branded. This attention to detail in packaging ensures the garments are ready for shipment and reflect the customer’s brand identity.
Pay the Balance
Once the customer approves the final products, we proceed to collect the remaining payment as per the agreed terms. This ensures that all financial aspects are settled before the products are shipped, completing the transaction smoothly and professionally.
Delivery of Goods
We ship finished goods to both local and international destinations, offering FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) options, depending on the customer's preference. Once the shipment is dispatched, we provide tracking details to ensure timely and secure delivery, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their orders throughout the shipping process. This ensures transparency and peace of mind for our clients.
